Below is a list of our income and document requirements. 

All occupants over the age of 18 are required lease holders and are subject to standard credit/criminal/background checks.

 

Annual Income Requirements:
- 40x the Monthly Gross rent as annual income (US based income)
- 80x the Monthly Gross rent as annual income for US Guarantors
 

The Guarantors can be used for those who do not meet the financial requirements and do not have a US based guarantor

Required Documents:
- Government Issue Photo ID
- 2 most recent pay stubs - acts as proof of employment

- If self-employed- income verification/employment letter from the

CPA on letterhead
- Prior Year's Taxes
- 2 Most Recent Checking Account Bank Statement
